Periods of storms will likely affect parts of Wisconsin into tonight. It’s looks as though some of the storms could produce damaging winds and hail as well. You can be sure that when dangerous weather approaches, we’ll be on top of it at TODAY’S TMJ4.
We have a number of ways to keep you informed when dangerous weather is approaching. We bring you frequent updates on television, both on channel 4 and on Time Warner Cable channel 104. Sometimes we’ll interrupt programming to bring you the information you need to help keep your family safe. Other times we’ll simply scroll information across the bottom on the screen.
We cover severe weather on the radio as well. If you are in your car or at work when dangerous weather approaches, turn on Newsradio 620 WTMJ. You can be sure that we’ll have comprehensive coverage there as well.
We can also send you an email when dangerous weather is moving in. You can sign up for this service on our website at todaystmj4.com. There you can select the types of bulletins and the locations for which you want to receive emails.
Ultimately the responsibility lies with you to seek out information when dangerous weather approaches. Our hope is that we’ve made that information easy to find and easy to understand. |
