MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Wisconsin coach Bret Bielema likes what he saw from his two-quarterback rotation in the season opener, and he expects to go with a similar plan against Fresno State this Saturday.

Wisconsin took an early lead against Northern Illinois, then held off a late rally to win 28-20. Scott Tolzien started and played the majority of the game, going 15 of 20 for 257 yards and a touchdown. But he also threw a pair of interceptions. Curt Phillips also played a handful of series, giving the Badgers a significant running threat.

Bielema expects to do the same thing Saturday but allowed that his quarterback rotation "depends on the flow of the game."
