Badgers NewsBadgers to Face Florida State in Champs Sports BowlMADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Wisconsin will play Florida State in the Dec. 27 Champs Sports Bowl in Orlando, Fla. It is the seventh straight bowl appearance for the Badgers (7-5), the longest streak in school history. The Badgers have never faced the Seminoles (8-4), who have the longest bowl streak in the country at 29 straight. Wisconsin is 5-2 all-time against teams in the ACC, and hasn't played an ACC team since winning at North Carolina 14-5 in 2005. UW has played an ACC team in a bowl just once, beating Duke 34-20 in the 1995 Hall of Fame Bowl. This will be the fifth straight bowl game Wisconsin has played in Florida, and the third time in the last four years the Badgers have played in Orlando.
