MILWAUKEE (AP) -- Milwaukee Marquette turned the tables on Neenah at last.

The Hilltoppers, knocked out of the WIAA state boys soccer tournament the last two years by Neenah, this time beat the Rockets 4-1 in Division 1 quarterfinals.

Sophomore defender Brock Menard scored a pair of goals to lead Marquette (20-2-1). Neenah (16-4-3) was held to two shots on goal.

The 6-foot-1 Menard used his height and bulk to convert a pair of corner kicks from in tight. Menard entered the game with just one goal this season.

Marquette advances to a semifinal Friday against Mequon Homestead (18-4-3), which was a 2-1 winner over Eau Claire Memorial (19-5-2) in another quarterfinal.

Homestead took a 2-0 lead on first-period goals by Andrew Wiedabach and Stephen Sullivan.

In other quarterfinals, Muskego (25-3) beat Madison West 3-0 and Milton (15-10) topped Green Bay Preble 2-1.

Muskego's goals were by Tim Dahl, Andy Ksobiech and Tim Hoffman.

Milton's game-winner was scored by Cole Aschenbrenner on an assist by Adam Lysak in the second period to break a 1-1 tie.

Muskego faces Milton in Friday's other semifinal.
