NEW: Brewers public address announcer suffers heart attack
MILWAUKEE (AP) -- The Milwaukee Brewers' public address announcer has suffered a heart attack and is scheduled for quadruple bypass surgery.
Robb Edwards has a long tenure in the Milwaukee radio market beginning in 1969. He spent 15 years at WTMJ radio, the majority as host of the morning show.
Edwards then was hired by Clear Channel's radio group in Milwaukee.
