Aaron Rodgers Goes To the Dogs In Alaska

By David Marcus

Packers new starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers is apparently serious about showing fans he can play in cold weather. Rodgers commanded a pack of eleven dogs this week, mushing in a dog sled race in Fairbanks, Alaska. The QB decided to take part in the Jeff Studdert Passenger Race, at first taking a back seat to musher Arleigh Reynolds. But, like a true signal caller, Rodgers switched places with Reynolds midway through the race, taking the lead position and bringing the eleven dogs across the finish line. Rodgers apparently is already used to the Frozen Tundra. It'll be interesting to see if his dog sledding experience pays off during the regular season. He's shown he can lead a pack of eleven hounds. Now, perhaps he will lead a different "Pack" to great things. Click on VIDEO to check out how Aaron Rodgers surely made Mike McCarthy very nervous.
