By Rick Rietbrock

MADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Wausau East got 27 points from its reserves en route to a 63-47 victory over Brookfield Central in Thursday's Division One quarterfinals of the WIAA State Boys Basketball Tournament. Nick Zillman and Zach Troyer each scored 13 points to lead the Lumberjacks (21-3) into tomorrow night's semifinals against defending champion Oshkosh West (22-2). East shot 63 percent from the field and held Central to 41 percent shooting. East took control in the third quarter after Central (18-6) had closed to 35-29 with 2:24 to play. But Zillman, a 5'10" reserve guard, scored from outside and then went inside to start a 6-0 run that closed the quarter at 41-29. Cory Degner scored 16 points and Rob Korslin added 11 for the Lancers. (Copyright 2007 by The Associated Press. All Rights Reserved.)
