Aaron Rodgers One-on-One
Rodgers and Larrivee's extended raw interview after Week 4
GREEN BAY - Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is taking this week to prepare for the Atlanta Falcons after a record-setting day on Sunday.
He became the first quarterback in NFL history to throw for more than 400 yards, produce four touchdown passes and two scoring runs in one game during the Packers' 49-23 win over the Denver Broncos.
"I think I'm playing the way I want to," said Rodgers in an exclusive one-on-one conversation with Packers voice Wayne Larrivee for TODAY'S TMJ4.
"You know, I'm learning from my mistakes and getting us in good situations. I'm just trying to be an extension of Coach McCarthy on the field...I think as I go through my preparation during the week, and the film, and my study, and the mental stuff I do, I get to the game on Sunday and I expect to play well, and I've been fortunate enough to really get into a groove with Mike's play calling and the balance we've had on offense."
Rodgers touched a number of other subjects, including his give-and-take with McCarthy on play calling, an interview with legendary quarterback Dan Marino and possible HGH testing in the National Football League.
