Riverside Loses WIAA Baseball QuarterfinalGRAND CHUTE, Wis. (AP) -- Eau Claire North scored seven runs in the first inning and 10 more in the fifth to rout Milwaukee Riverside 18-2 in the second WIAA Division 1 quarterfinal Tuesday. North (20-4) was to face Wilmot in the semifinals later in the day. Riverside, which committed seven errors, finished 17-13. North's 12-hit attack was led by Tyler Hermann, who had three hits. He was the only player for either team with more than one hit.
