Thu. WIAA Softball Semifinal ResultsMADISON, Wis. (AP) -- Kendra Bowe allowed just four hits in leading Chippewa Falls to a 3-0 victory over Appleton East Thursday during Division 1 semifinals of the state high school softball tournament. Chippewa Falls (24-5) advances to the championship game Saturday against Stevens Point (26-3), which beat Watertown 4-1 in the other semifinal. In earlier quarterfinals, Watertown beat Waunakee 4-1, Stevens Point beat Kenosha Bradford 2-1, Appleton East defeated Menomonee Falls 8-0 and Chippewa Falls beat Greenfield 1-0.
