All-Time High for Packers Ticket Waiting ListBy Rick Rietbrock
GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- The waiting list for Green Bay Packers season tickets is at an all time high.
Just how tough is it to become a season ticket holder?
Well, if you signed up now, there would be 73,988 others ahead of you on the list.
Packer games have been sold out since 1960.
Team ticket office supervisor Carol Edwin said Packer fans have been known to place their unborn children on the list, then call back after they're born to provide a name for the list.
St. Norbert assistant professor Matt Stollack crunches the numbers on how long it would take for tickets.
With 156 tickets becoming available each year, Stollack said it would take 473 years to become a season ticket holder.
