YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (AP) -- Sirlester Martin had 20 points and Vytas Sulskis hit a jumper with one second left to provide the winning basket as Youngstown State beat Wisconsin-Milwaukee 70-68 on Saturday night.

The Penguins (10-15, 7-8 Horizon League) trailed 41-36 at the half but took the lead with a 10-0 second-half run.

Youngstown State led 67-60 with 3:21 left before the Panthers (14-11, 9-6) went on an 8-0 run to take a 68-67 lead on Avery Smith's layup with 1:28 remaining.

After the Penguins' Zack Rebillot tied it with a free throw with just under a minute left, the teams traded missed shots until Sulskis hit the game-winner.
