Luke Ridnour. | Photo: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Ridnour Out Four WeeksBy By Jay Sorgi, Associated PressThe Milwaukee Bucks are now without their starting all-star shooting guard, center, and now their point guard. Luke Ridnour will miss about the next four weeks of action with a fractured right thumb. He was injured during Thursday's practice at the Bucks' training facility. Ridnour has started 49 games this year. The Bucks wll have to make up for his 10.7 points and 5.7 assists per game. He has the 10th best free throw percentage in the NBA at 89.4%. Ridnour's injury means Ramon Sessions is the only player on the Bucks with experience at point guard. Ridnour was acquired in a three-team trade before the season and had started 49 games, averaging 10.7 points and a team-high 5.7 assists. Milwaukee center Andrew Bogut will miss at least eight weeks with a stress fracture in his back while guard Michael Redd is out for the season with torn ligaments in his left knee. |
