Milwaukee Freeways: Plowed But Slippery

The Milwaukee County Sheriff's office is saying that most of the county's freeways have already been treated and are constantly being plowed.

Milwaukee: Winds Blowing, Drifting Snow

Wauwatosa: Snow Emergency, Roads Not "So Bad"

On the western side of Milwaukee County, drivers in the early morning found the beginning of the snowstorm to be not a horrific driving experience, as long as you drove the main roads.

Waukesha: Roads "Not Good", Schools Open

Salt trucks and plows are working in Waukesha County, but just because they're doing their best to keep up with the snow in this current storm doesn't mean they'll be successful. Still, the school district decided to stay open.

Washington County: Roads "Slippery"

When Newsradio 620 WTMJ's Jon Byman drove Washington County's roads, he gave a report of conditions that could explain why many school districts there closed their doors.

Ozaukee County: "Not Too Shabby"

High winds have been forecasted for this current snowstorm that's hitting Southeastern Wisconsin. Still, in the early morning hours, it didn't cause havoc in Grafton.

Plows Working To Clear Milwaukee Roads

Since Monday night, snowplow crews have been on freeways and roads to try and clear the steadily falling snow that is creating a potential of a 14" snowstorm across Southeastern Wisconsin.
