MILWAUKEE - On July 22, 1991, Milwaukee Police arrested Jeffrey Dahmer after a man was able to escape his apartment on Milwaukee's near west side and reach a police car.

The man directed police to his apartment.

That's when officers began to discover the horror of what Dahmer had been doing, finding remains of 11 victims.
