Winning $259M Powerball Ticket Sold in Missouri
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- One of the tickets sold in Missouri for the Powerball game Wednesday night matched all six numbers drawn, which were:
11-34-41-49-55
Powerball: 20
Power Play: 2
The player matching all five numbers and the Powerball won the $258.5 Million jackpot. The prize goes to an estimated $20 million for Saturday.
Tickets that match the first five numbers, but miss the Powerball, win $200,000 each, and there were thirteen of those. They were sold in: Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana (2), Maryland (2), Michigan, North Dakota, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
There was one Power Play Match 5 winner in Virginia.
