KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) -- A new criminal complaint charges a fourth man in the fatal shooting at a Kenosha custard stand last year.
The Journal Sentinel reports he's 25-year-old Justin A. Condroski of Kenosha. He was charged Tuesday with being party to first-degree intentional homicide and other charges.
The charges stem from the July 26 killing of 18-year-old Robert W. Wilde at Shirl's Drive-In. Three other men were charged last year with the same crimes as Condroski.
Prosecutors allege those three men robbed the drive-in and in the process shot Wilde and a 43-year-old manager, who survived.
The complaint says that after the robbery, Condroski and his girlfriend drove two of the three men to a hotel in Winthrop Harbor, Ill.
Condroski was arrested after meeting voluntarily with Kenosha police.
