MPD Breaks 1993 Cold Case, Charges Murder Suspect
MILWAUKEE - Milwaukee police have made a break in a cold case dating back to 1993.
Mary Harris was found dead in a garbage container on North 10th Street.
Police say that DNA evidence links a man named George Jones to the crime.
He is a convicted felon and is already behind bars.
