Men Allegedly Threatened Sheboygan Judges
Two men were set to appear in Sheboygan County court Tuesday afternoon for making death threats against two judges.
"I'm going to kill you, and your kids" were words found in letters to Sheboygan County Judges Judge Tim Van Akkeren and Gary Langhoff, according to a criminal complaint.
According to the criminal complaint, Wallace Martinez was upset he was sent back to prison, even though he violated his parole.
Martinez had had sex with an underage girl.
So, he paid a fellow inmate, Jesse Williams of Milwaukee, to make the threats.
The only problem: the letters had a return address of Waupun Prison.
Police used DNA to match Williams to the letters.
