Pedophile Could Be Released Thursday
MILWAUKEE - A Milwaukee County judge will decide today whether to free a pedophile.
Shawn Schulpius has spent time behind bars since 1991, when he pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a four-year-old boy he was babysitting.
In 2006, a judge ruled that Schulpius was too dangerous to be released from prison.
