Waukesha Teen in Court for Swastika
WAUKESHA - One of the three Waukesha teenagers accused of a hate crime returns to a courtroom Monday.
Police say Kurtis Hickey burned a swastika and the letter "KKK" into a basketball court last summer.
If convicted, Hickey could face more than eight years behind bars and thousands of dollars in fines.
