Two Arrested, Including Teen, after Caledonia Car Theft and Chase
CALEDONIA - Two suspects are sitting in the Racine County Jail after an armed burglary of a home in the Village of Caledonia and a police chase that ended in a crash.
According to a release by police, at least one of the suspects stole guns and a car from a house in the 4800 block of Tanglewood Drive while the owners were out of town.
Officers spotted the stolen car Saturday night and pursued it until the driver lost control and crashed into a ditch at Six Mile Road and Beech Road.
Police were able to chase the 16-year-old alleged driver down, they found the other man hiding under a truck.
Neither suspect is hurt, an officer has a minor injury to his hand.
