Waukesha Christmas Charity Needs Your Help

  • Print

WAUKESHA - The Christmas Clearing Council in Waukesha County has been spreading cheer to people in the community for 60 years by helping struggling families in need during the holiday season.

This year, they need your help.

Time is running out.

The group still has 1600 kids they need to help, and they are on a mission.

"Children at Christmas time can open gifts on Christmas day and have a wonderful exciting Christmas like everyone else," said Ruth Page Jones, the Executive Director of CCC of Waukesha County.

Folks here make sure kids who are less fortunate, get to open gifts come Christmas Day, and they don't stop working until every kid that qualifies gets a gift.

It's a challenge this year.

"We still need help for 1,600 children."

With their usual sponsors giving less, they are reaching out to you.

"Our goal is 100% giving to those who qualify for our services," said Jones.
