PLEASANT PRAIRIE - People were lining up at the outlet stores in Pleasant Prairie before midnight. The mall near the Illinois border opened at midnight, among the first to open on Black Friday.
Chopper 4 was flying over the mall Friday morning. It was still packed at 5 am!
