Three sisters sitting in the cold for nine and a half hours. Crazy? Possibly. "It's fun, good experience, good stories" Lauren Kangas told us. Six layers of clothes, hand warmers, hot cocoa. Whatever it takes to stay warm. Joella Weber and her friend get the genius award. They brought a heater.

The burning question? What are the guys doing out here? Chris Winiewicz had an easy answer, "I'm here to simply support my wife."

This year there's a pajama theme. The first 500 people in line wearing their pj's get a goodie bag with some great prizes, like a $1,000 gift card.

The outlets open at midnight.
