Vaccine Runs Out at First Swine Flu Clinic for Everyone
MILWAUKEE and WAUKESHA - The first local swine flu vaccination clinic to be open to all people has so much demand, supplies ran out.
There were long lines at the Waukesha County Exposition Center on Thursday.
This clinic was for everyone, not just at-risk groups, and a lot of people showed up.
"It's a real concern and it doesn't take anything to get the shot really," said Mike McVey. "The wait is worth it."
So many people came that the county ran out of vaccine, so a clinic scheduled for next Tuesday has been canceled.
Milwaukee's clinic today will also be open to the public. It's from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at South Division High School.
