Charles Avey is accused of strangling Cody in a parking lot in Germantown. Authorities say Avey strangled Cody as revenge after his wife reported to police that Avey had abused her. Here are the details on the fund: Cody's funeral is scheduled for this Friday. It will be at the Philips Funeral Home in West Bend. Visitation is at 10 in the morning. The service will be at 1 in the afternoon. A candlelight vigil is planned in Grafton on Friday night. Cody lived in Grafton. The vigil will begin outside Grafton Elementary School at 5:30. Organizers are planning a "silent walk" to Veterans Memorial Park in Grafton. Organizers plan to spell Cody's name in candles on a basketball court at the park. |
