Dodge County Couple Charged with Public Sex Act
JUNEAU - A couple from Neosho has been charged with performing a sex act in public to annoy a neighbor.
Mark Albert and Kimberly Ferguson could get up to 9 months behind bars if they are convicted.
According to the Fond du Lac Reporter, Juneau Police say they got a call in August that the woman performed oral sex on the man on their porch.
According to the complaint, several witnesses saw the act, including a 9 year-old child.
