Man Allegedly Beaten By Milwaukee Sheriff's Deputy Talks
MILWAUKEE - A man who says he was beaten by a Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputy breaks his silence.
Ray Calderon was handcuffed in the back of a squad car. He admits he kicked the window, asking to use the bathroom.
Prosecutors say Sgt. Scott Krause started punching and slapping Calderon.
"It's tough," said Calderon.
"I try to block it out. I'm on guard. Now if I see an officer or sheriff or something you know I couldn't sleep."
Krause is on administrative leave. Other deputies could also be charged in the case.
