Local NewsHazmat Situation Contained at MarquetteBy Jay SorgiMILWAUKEE - Crews have contained a situation involving hazardous materials at Marquette University. The incident happened Monday Morning at the Schroeder Complex on the 600 block of North 16th Street, on the west side of the campus. A spokesperson with the university says a vial was smoldering inside the complex which houses science labs. Milwaukee Fire Crews came on the scene and the building was evacuated. |
