MILWAUKEE - Forty years and still going strong! Summerfest already has a big anniversary celebration in the works.

The band The Fray will perform June 30. They're known for hit songs "How to Save a Life" and "Over My Head."

Former Pink Floyd front man Roger Waters will take the Main Stage on July 2. He will perform material from "The Wall" and "The Dark Side of the Moon."

Toby Keith will close out the festival, performing July 8.

"Toby Keith! I'm a country fan so I'll be there for Toby," Janine Adamczyk said. "We can't wait for it, especially being its 40th anniversary. What better way to celebrate?"

July 8 is the last day of the festival and the day Summerfest officials plan on thanking the community for 40 years of fun and success. On that day, everyone will get in free from noon to 4 p.m. and receive free ice cream and cake.

Organizers also want to brand Summerfest as Milwaukee's festival. From now on, the familiar "smile" logo will be accompanied with the words, "Milwaukee's Summerfest" and "The World's Biggest Music Festival."

Long-time Summerfest fans are also being asked to send in their photos to be used in the ads for this year's festival.
