First Summerfest Headliner Announced

MILWAUKEE - Country artist Toby Keith has been announced as the headlining act at Milwaukee's 40th annual Summerfest. Keith will close out the entire festival with a performance at the Marcus Amphitheatre on July 8, at 7:30 p.m. Keith released his latest CD, "White Trash with Money" in 2006 and also made his acting debut last year in the motion picture, "Broken Bridges." His first hit song, "Shoulda Been a Cowboy," landed on the charts in 1993. Keith will begin touring with Miranda Lambert and Flynnville Train this winter.
