Local NewsGermantown Boy on Bike Hit by VehicleGERMANTOWN - A 12-year-old boy riding a bike suffered serious injuries when he was hit by a vehicle Sunday evening. A Flight for Life helicopter took the boy to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Wauwatosa. According to Germantown Police, the accident happened at 6:38 p.m. when the boy was riding eastbound on Elmwood Drive. The boy failed to stop at a stop sign, and was hit by a vehicle going northbound on Emerald Lane. The driver of the vehicle was not hurt. Police are not releasing the names of the people involved. |
