MILWAUKEE - You may have noticed on your digitally converted tv's that channel four has an unused channel.

As of Wednesday morning, that channel - WTMJ 4.3 - is playing music videos, the kind that MTV and VH1 used to play.

It's called "The Cool TV," and it's hosted by 94.5 Lake FM.

You can watch new music videos, old music videos and just about everything in between.

"The cool music network is really about music for everyone," said Joe Camparato, the President of The Cool TV.

"We really go across all the genres and across the decades, so you'll see music from the 60s, the 70s, the 80s, the 90s and even current hits from today."

Unlike the other music channels, you don't have to have cable or satellite tv.

You can now watch your favorite videos on digital channel 4.3 at no cost to you.

"It's going to be a very unique product," said Journal Broadcast Group

Executive Vice President of Television and Radio Operations Steve Wexler.

"It's different. It goes hand in hand with our radio station, and I do think it kind of fills a void that's been missing for quite a while."

Wexler says The Cool TV is the tv version of 94.5 Lake FM, playing videos from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and today all at random.
