RHINELANDER, Wis. (AP) -- A mother and father have been charged in Rhinelander in their 10-month-old daughter's death from a drug overdose.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Department says 21-year-old Amanda R. Bodoh found her daughter, Peyton M. Lonkoski, dead in a Town of Pelican home on May 4. Autopsy results on Friday showed the baby died from a drug overdose.

Online court records show prosecutors charged Bodoh on Tuesday with felony child neglect. They also charged the father, 22-year-old Matthew A. Lonkoski, with first-degree reckless homicide.

Both were scheduled to make an initial court appearance Tuesday afternoon. Online records did not list an attorney for either of them, and no listed phone number could be found for them.
