Sturtevant Gang Shooting Victim Won't Survive
STURTEVANT - Authorities in Sturtevant say a man shot in a gang-related shooting earlier this week will not survive his injuries.
Carl Mitchell, of Racine, was shot in the backyard of a home on Kennedy Drive.
Mitchell is on life support and Sturtevant Police Chief Sean Marschke tells the Journal Times the case will soon become a homicide.
Another man was also seriously injured in the shooting.
