MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee Police Department arrested someone accused of armed robbery by using the popular on-line selling site craigslist.

Milwaukee police say that two women, who are 24 and 26 years old, met up with the suspects whom they met online and were robbed at gunpoint.

These robberies happened January 26 and 28, both near the 600 block of South 60th Street in West Allis.

Police detectives then used a sting to capture them, placing an ad on craigslist, the method that one of the robbers allegedly used to meet the victim on January 26.

On January 29, a female detective then went to 63rd and Main, where one of the suspects went to rob her.

Police then ran after the suspect and arrested him.

They then searched one of the suspect's homes and discovered identification and other things belonging to one of the previous victims.

So far, no charges have been filed.
