Julie A. Becker is going through with the divorce process the day after Becker resigned from his job.
Becker pleaded not guilty to charges including sexual assault of a minor and possessing child pornography.
In total, Becker faces five felonies and a misdemeanor.
He was arrested last week at Brookfield Square Mall in connection with the case.
