Baseball Negro League Exhibit At Downtown Library

MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee is turning into a destination for history.
First, the Titanic exhibit.
Now, comes word the downtown library will host a national exhibit about baseball’s negro leagues, which flourished at a time when Major League Baseball was for whites only.
“Pride and Passion: the African-American Baseball Experience” opens in July of next year.
