Monday on Live at 3:00, Newsradio 620 WTMJ’s Jeff Wagner and Erin Austin appeared to talk about whether we care if we have a president who doesn’t have his cell phone.
President-Elect Barack Obama may have to leave his Blackberry behind when he moves into the White House.
Because of national security and legal reasons, Obama may have to turn off his Blackberry when he is sworn in on January 20th.
Under law, anything he sends or receives on the device can become public record.
There is also concern over the president wearing a trackable device on his hip.
Right now, there is no word if he will turn off his Blackberry after taking the presidential oath.
They also discussed whether the Packers’ win over the Bears means the Packers really are the best in the division.
