Lifestyle Coach Discusses Economic Worries

By Katie DeLong

MILWAUKEE – David Bohl, a lifestyle coach and former venture capitalist with much knowledge when it comes to the economy and financial gains and losses appeared on Live at 4:30. His message: people can actually benefit by focusing on themselves rather than just their bottom lines. Bohl discussed how the average American can weather the financial crisis without becoming emotionally overwhelmed. Bohl says, if news headlines make you feel overwhelmed, don't pay attention to them. You need to focus on YOU, your future and supporting your family. Right now is the time to stretch outside of your comfort zone, take some personal risks and climb to new heights such as changing your thought process. Rather than worry about the economy for which you have no control, take charge of your life and concentrate on things you can change for the better. Worried about layoffs and salary cuts? Companies may cut back on full-timers, but work needs to be done to keep companies afloat. Your skills may help fill job gaps. Click on the video link to see the discussion.
