RICHFIELD - The body of a missing fisherman has been found in Friess Lake in Washington County. Divers pulled the body of 26-year-old Dantwon Gray of Milwaukee from the lake a little before 12:30 Friday afternoon. Gray's family was at the scene. They were devastated when the got the news. His father tells TODAY'S TMJ 4's Melissa McCrady that he won't believe that his son is dead until he sees the body. The Washington County Sheriff's Department said residents near the lake and patrons of bar heard cries for help coming from the lake just before 10:30 Thursday night. It turns out two men were fishing when their boat overturned. They were both ejected into the water. Sheriff Dale Schmidt said, "Numerous residents heard the call for help. One of the residents was able to go out there with a boat and locate one person who was in the water approximately 75 feet from shore." That 30-year-old Milwaukee man was rescued. He's at Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls and is expected to survive.
