MILWAUKEE - Every day on Live at 3:00, we have a special segment called “What’s Hot,” where we talk about stuff that really is hot, and we have you talking. Wednesday, Newsradio 620 WTMJ’s Jeff Wagner and WKTI’s Erin Austin appeared to talk about whether Wisconsin needs tougher penalties for drunk driving. This, after 21-year-old Jessica McKay allegedly hit and killed Melissa Ahrens at 1st and National Sunday night. It’s her third OWI.
