Every day on Live at 3:00, TODAY’S TMJ4 has a segment we call “What’s Hot,” where we talk about stuff that really is hot, and we have you talking. Newsradio 620 WTMJ’s Jeff Wagner and former TODAY’S TMJ4 anchor Nancy Chandler appeared Wednesday to talk about whether Wisconsin should toughen its mandatory seat belt law. The fine for not wearing your seat belt is just $10, and police can’t pull people over for not wearing seat belts, they can only give you a ticket if they’ve stopped you for something else.
