Local NewsBrewers Fan Speaks Out After Getting AttackedBy Erin Drew Kent
MILWAUKEE - Charges have been filed against two Illinois men who allegedly beat up a West Allis man after a Brewers' loss to the Chicago Cubs at Miller Park.
The Milwaukee County district attorney's office says 25-year-old Adam Miechle and 26-year-old Jerry Emert were charged Friday with substantial battery. Both men are from Downers Grove, Illinois.
Authorities claim the men repeatedly punched 24-year-old Brandon Feezor who threw an energy drink can at their bus Tuesday night after the game. Feezor's jaw is wired shut. It is fractured in two places.
Feezor tells TODAY'S TMJ4, "The pain medicine helps a little bit, but it hurts."
Feezor was cited by police with disorderly conduct.
A third cubs fan, Peter Wilson, was issued a disorderly conduct citation.
Feezor wants all three suspects charged with battery.
"I was just getting pummeled around, and I think they all should get the same charge. Because they all were at it," said Feezor.
Despite what happened, Feezor says he will continue going to Brewers' games.
"I'm going to try and stay away from the Cubs games, though," Feezor said. "But I love the Brewers so I'm not going to stay away."
