MILWAUKEE - A group of people called Witness Against War are walking from Chicago to St. Paul, Minnesota in protest of the war in Iraq. They left Milwaukee Monday morning. They're walking 450 miles to challenge and non-violently resist the fighting. “What we’re asking is that not only the troops be brought home safely and be taken care of but also that we prevent future deployments,” Dan Pierson from Voices For Creative Non-Violence said. The group has walked 108 miles so far and expect to be in St. Paul by September 1.
