Fire Reported At Zignego Plant In Sturtevant

STURTEVANT - The Racine County Sheriff's Department reports a fire and multiple explosions at the Zignego Ready Mix Inc. plant in Sturtevant. Dispatcher Carla Jameson says there are no immediate reports of injuries and nearby buildings have been evacuated as a precaution. She says the fire was reported about 9:45 a.m. Friday and firefighters remained on the scene at late morning.
