Chicken Dance Creator Dies At 82

MILWAUKEE – The man who’s credited with creating the chicken dance has died at the age of 82. Bob Kames ran a very successful Hammond organ business in Milwaukee for many years, and he dabbled in songwriting as well. The chicken dance was recorded in 1982 and became famous and earned him a gold record.
