Police Looking For Bank Robbery Suspect

MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee Police need your help in finding a robbery suspect who stole a significant amount of money from a bank. On Wednesday a man walked into the Wells Fargo Bank at 100 E. Wisconsin Avenue at 2:53 p.m. The suspect walked into the bank, went to a teller and handed over a demand note. The suspect implied he had a gun. Once the man got the money, he ran out of the bank. The suspect is described at a black male in his 50’s, 5 foot 6 inches to 5 foot 7 inches tall, weighing 170 pounds. He has a graying mustache and beard and was wearing wire rim glasses, a blue knit hat and black jacket. Milwaukee police hope that anyone with information will call 414-935-7302.
