Root Beer Kegger Party Busted

ROTHSCHILD - Some police officers in the Wausau area thought they were busting an underage drinking party earlier this month.
But much to their surprise -- even though there were dozens of rowdy teens, cars blocking the road and a keg -- not one teen's breath test revealed alcohol.
That's because the teens got a root beer keg for the party on March first at the Kronenwetter home of 18-year-old Dustin Zebro.
Zebro and his friends say they threw the party after D.C. Everest High School administrators suspended their friends from sports.
Zebro and his friends say they think underage drinking is between students and police, not schools.
But Principal Tom Johansen says that as an educational institution, the school has an obligation to take action.
